Data, purposes and legal bases
Bookings
We process the information you submit through Resmio—such as your name, contact details, date, party size and notes—to manage your request and contact you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before providing the booking service.
Direct contact
If you call, email or contact us through WhatsApp, we process your details and message to respond to your request. The legal basis is your request and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects website usage and device data to help us understand how the site is used. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Operation and security
We may process minimal technical data, such as IP addresses and security logs, to serve the website, prevent abuse and resolve errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and operational.
We do not need special-category data. Please do not add health information to free-text fields unless it is essential for your booking, such as a relevant food allergy.

Providers and international transfers
We share data only when needed to provide the service or comply with a legal obligation. Our providers include:
- resmio GmbH, which provides our booking system. Read resmio's data protection information. The widget may receive your IP address when it loads and the details you submit when confirming a booking.
- Google Ireland Limited, which provides Google Analytics, only when you accept analytics cookies. Read Google's privacy policy.
- WhatsApp Ireland Limited, if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp. Your use of the service is also governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, those transfers rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other safeguards recognised by the GDPR.

How long we keep data
We keep booking and communication data for as long as needed to handle your request and then for the periods required to meet legal obligations or respond to potential claims. Analytics data is kept according to the Google Analytics settings and your preferences; cookie durations are listed in the cookie policy.

Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent, by emailing fujiramen.vlc@gmail.com. State which right you wish to exercise and provide only the information needed to verify your identity. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was already lawful.
If you believe we have not handled your rights correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
